(419) 407-9757  Friday April 24 presentation "America the Beautiful" 7-9pm.  Spend an evening with Clyde Butcher as he discusses his adventures photographing unique and beautiful places across the country and shares stories about his journey, photography and the environment. The event is a fundraiser benefiting the Nature Photography Center's educational programs. Light refreshments will be served and the gallery exhibit will open at 6 p.m. Admission: $20.
Saturday, April 25, photography workshop, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Clyde Butcher will provide instruction in techniques for black and white photography using digital technology and traditional darkroom methods. It will be a rare opportunity to learn from an American master photographer. Fee: $75.  Butcher will also greet visitors and sign books at the Photography Center from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 25.

May 4 - 5 - Two Day Workshop at the Venice Gallery with Clyde's Assistant, Neal Obendorf - $500. During eight years of darkroom experience with Clyde, Neal has mastered many of Clyde's darkroom techniques and is looking forward to sharing them with you. Bring your own negatives and enjoy the experience of traditional darkroom techniques.
